Backpacking in Greenland - Alumni

Join NOLS on our first foray to the coastal terrain of the largest island in the world! We are excited to add this Greenland trip to our offerings and invite our Alumni and their guests to make this expedition a truly NOLS experience.

Starting off in Reykjavik, Iceland this trip includes a round-trip flight to Greenland so we can travel as an expedition team for the entirety of the experience. We will travel by bus, plane, boat, and foot on our way to some of the stunning fjords that make up the Greenland SE coast in this epic 12 day jounrney. While on foot, we'll have boat support to keep our packs light and our spirits high moving in between coastal camps.

This expedition is for the truly adventurous who are looking to get far off the beaten track and go somewhere that very few people will ever reach. Join this trip to marvel at the stunning nature of wilderness, see glaciers up close, and truly be away from it all.
