Born and raised in New England, Trisha has been exploring the woods, mountains, and seacoast for as long as she can remember. When she isn't teaching for NOLS, she works as a travel nurse or summer camp nurse depending on her seasonal whim. Trisha has a background in outdoor education and recreation as a wilderness therapy guide, trip leader, and youth programs manager. She aspires to visit all 63 U.S. national parks and is well on her way. Trisha calls Maine home, though she is currently traveling the country with her husband (also a NOLS instructor) in their little home on wheels.
