Molly Graham

Molly has worked in the technology industry for the last 15 years. Most recently, Molly was the Chief Operating Officer of Lambda School, an online school that focuses on increasing economic mobility by removing barriers to access opportunity for its students. Previously, Molly has served as the Vice President of Operations at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), a philanthropy founded by Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan; Chief Operating Officer at Quip, a start-up that created a modern productivity suite, which sold to Salesforce in August 2016; and spent almost five years at Facebook where she helped develop and lead Facebook's long-term mobile strategy, and create the company's “hacker brand”. Earlier in her career, Molly worked at Google and the Council on Foreign Relations. Molly was an instructor at NOLS Patagonia and NOLS Alaska in 2004 and 2005 and did a semester course in Alaska as a student prior to that.
