Native to the windy state of Wyoming, Logan has yet to find a reason to leave. The state’s open spaces created a passion for him to pursue conservation work, outdoor education, and a B.S. in Rangeland Ecology from the University of Wyoming. Joining NOLS in 2010 with the mountain Instructor Course, Logan has more recently joined the ranks of NOLS Wilderness Medicine in 2015. Having spent two years as full-time field instructor, Logan now splits his time between the field and NOLS Wilderness Medicine classroom courses. He can often be found trail running, climbing, sewing, or cooking.
