Emily Noyd

Wilderness Medicine Instructor

Emily Noyd

Hailing from the Evergreen state's rainy "wet" side, Emily lives and breathes all things PNW. She was hooked on outdoor education after an internship spent wearing waders and writing about climate change in Sitka, Alaska in 2013. Since then, she's worked for the National Park Service as a Wilderness Ranger in North Cascades and Yosemite. As a WEMT, Emily has served on pro ski patrols in Whitefish, Montana and her current home: Bend, Oregon. Future aspirations include training a SAR dog and learning to bake really good bread.
