David is based in Denver, Colorado where he works full time as a physician assistant in an emergency department. He will always be a teacher and when he isn't instructing for NOLS, he also works professionally with PA programs, ski patrols, and search and rescue organizations. David spends as much of his free time as possible out on the trails, especially running in wilderness areas.
