On a horsepacking expedition, you will learn about traveling with horses in the backcountry. You’ll learn about caring for your horse, basic horse psychology and first aid, and navigating terrain while riding and leading horses. By the end of these courses, you’ll have the experience you need to keep learning about horsepacking and even transfer that knowledge to further wilderness travel.
