Executive Leadership Kayak Expedition

Improve your leadership skills, push your capabilities as a leader, disconnect from front country routine, and reconnect with your desire to innovate and inspire on an Executive Expedition. You will explore vast wilderness areas, navigating the technical and environmental challenges of field-based learning that holds transferrable skills that will serve you in your professional career. These expeditions provide invaluable opportunities to refresh and recharge in dynamic wilderness settings, and will enhance your outdoor skills while challenging you to grow as a leader and problem solver.

Prince William Sound offers a spectacular and varied natural history; it is a place for observation, exploration and discovery. The variety of the landscape is compelling and the sea teems with various forms of life including whales, porpoises, sea otters, seals and sea lions. Sea birds wheel in the sky overhead while tidal pools with starfish, anemones, and other small creatures dot the shorelines.
Successful expeditions require the same essential skills found in the professional world—effective communication, problem-solving, positive influence, and strategically delivering results. Return to your organization holding practical and transferable strategies with greater leadership effectiveness.
