Advisory Council Member

Randolph Randolph

Randolph attended the NOLS Absaroka Wilderness Adventure course in 1981 and is part of an extended family of NOLS graduates and instructors. His three children have completed over 12 NOLS courses, including Waddington Mountaineering, Alaska Backpacking and W-EMT. The lessons gained on those trips continue to have a positive impact on his entire family.

Randolph was previously a long-time board member and President (2018-2021) of the Bromley Outing Club, a youth organization that provides weekly ski lessons to over 600 local Vermont children and a weekend competitive race program for over 120 youth athletes.

Randolph currently lives in New York with his wife Susan. When he is not trail running, biking or alpine touring, he leads the Investment Grade Insurance Debt Markets business at Bank of America. He has an MBA with highest honors from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth and a BA, with a Political Science major and Physics minor from Middlebury College. While occasionally confused with his older brother Marc, a former NOLS board member, Randolph is widely recognized as the smarter, funnier and better looking of the two.
