New RM Interns Hard at Work

The Rocky Mountain Base (RM) has some new faces for the Fall season.  Among those that the RM has recently welcomed are the seasonal interns.  Having been here for two weeks  now, Corey and Tom are waist deep in their special projects.  Somehow, in their spare time, Corey and Tom have found the time to establish new and challenging aid routes in the issue room.  Pictured here is one of their most recent projects.  “I can’t recall ever being part of such epic ascents such as the lines that we’ve established in the past few weeks,” says Corey (belaying).  And Tom (leading) says, “I’m having to maintain such focus while climbing that I can’t even begin to think about what grade this climb is; it’s just hard.”  Climb on says team intern.
