Ashley Drake is a NOLS field and wilderness medicine instructor, and is the NOLS Custom Education Operations Supervisor. She enjoys downhill skiing, cross-stitch, and brunch. Jay Clark is from the San Francisco Bay Area and completed a NOLS Outdoor Educator semester in Fall of 2021. They find joy in writing, stargazing, and scrambling through slot canyons. They will graduate from College of the Atlantic with a B.A. in Human Ecology in June 2022.

Jonathan got his start in the outdoors crawling around limestone caves in East Tennessee in high school. Jake Blackwelder has been teaching for NOLS Wilderness Medicine since 2010. He is a full-time Flight Paramedic and volunteers for EMS and Search and Rescue in Moab, Utah. He spends the rest of his time helping his wife raise two great kids and adventuring in the majestic Moab landscape.
