Audrey Kruse

Wilderness Medicine Instructor

Audrey Kruse

Audrey currently lives in Albuquerque, NM but loves to travel and explore new places whenever she can. She became hooked on outdoor adventure and experiential education during a NOLS semester in college and started working as a NOLS Expedition instructor in 2011 and as a NOLS Wilderness Medicine instructor in 2014. Audrey has an MS in Environmental Science and Policy from Northern Arizona University, where she studied citizen science and bugs along the San Juan River of Utah. Audrey is now the education coordinator for the Bosque Ecosystem Monitoring Program, where she works with kids to study the Rio Grande’s watershed. When she’s not teaching or leading trips, she loves rock climbing, playing ultimate frisbee, and laughing at bad puns.
