EOD Leadership Expedition

Join NOLS for a 7-day canyoneering training through the Colorado Plateau in southeastern Utah. A vast landscape of red rock, deep winding canyons, narrow sandstone slots, and stark mesas, where erosion, and time have created a rugged and awe-inspiring desert maze.

This course will focus on developing teamwork and leadership skills along with technical outdoor skills in this beautiful wilderness. NOLS instructors will teach you cooking and stove use, map reading, Leave No Trace practices, expedition behavior, and technical canyoneering skills. They will also coach you through being both an active team member and designated leader, individual decision-making and effective group collaboration.
