The latest distraction

The interns are gone, but definitely not forgotten.  They left a legacy at the RM and we miss them something fierce.  To help us cope with the loss is the new RM addition.

Bootstrap, aka "Boots", the new NOLS Rocky Mountain distraction

Boots, the latest addition

Our beloved Tipper, will accept belly rubs 24 hours a day

Tipper, the great!

Winter has finally settled into the Winds, and our little part of
Wyoming.  Folks are slip sliding around town, shoveling sidewalks, and
for the most part everyone is glad to finally see a substantial amount
of the fluffy white stuff.  It finally feels like winter.  The Rocky Mountain office welcomed our
newest member in the New Year, Bootstrap, affectionately known as
“Boots”.  She is a beautiful and precocious bundle of fur and teeth
hailing from Big Sur, California.  She relocated to Lander via Brendan
& Lindsey Madden.  “Tipper”, whom we all know and love, is doing
her best to teach “Boots” the ropes, and still manages to grab a treat
from Glenda, afterwards ambling back to Brendan’s couch where she waits for
someone to scratch her belly.  At 11 weeks old, this 3/4 lab-retriever
with a snow-boarders attitude, has won all of our hearts!

‘Til next time,

Dane
