Ready to rock

Most people would classify a NOLS Instructor position as a dream job.  For Christian Gauderer, it’s his real job. Christian has been spending the past couple of days at NOLS Rocky Mountain  prepping and planning for his Backcountry Rock Climbing course. Prior to becoming an instructor, he took a Spring Semester in the Rockies course in 2000 and worked in the issue room at the NOLS Alaska branch last summer. With a background in geology from the University of Vermont and a passion for “being outside”, we think Christian is ready to rock.
