OES-2 Ready for powder!

And to think. . .we just met!

The Spring Outdoor Educator Semester (OES), section 2, leaves the RM for the first section of their course.  To where will they go?  Why to the fluffy white stuff in the Absarokas!  And what will they be doing exactly?  They will be learning to carve turns and travel on telemark skis while pulling a sled behind them, developing a set of avalanche assessment skills, building different styles of snow shelters, cooking up warm drinks and delicious meals, and learning to be a leader in the winter environment and beyond.

We were thrilled to have both the OES 2 and the OES 1 courses begin, and we look forward to seeing their semester progress.  More news and pictures of our first Spring Semesters (SSR) 1 and 2 to come!
