NOLS River Base manager and instructor Phil Henderson is featured in Black Outdoorsman Magazine. Nice article. It does point out our continuing struggle as we work to diversify the school. This was a major topic at last week’s NOLS Board of Trustees meeting. Progress has been made, but are long way from where we want and need to be.
