Haley Robison, Kammok CEO and NOLS semester grad, was recently recognized as one of Conscious Company’s Top Business Leaders of 2018. One of the few female CEOs in the outdoor industry, Robison was chosen for her commitment to conscious leadership, cultivation of a positive work environment, and her ability to lead by example.

“Robison is one of the youngest and one of the few female CEOs in the outdoor industry. She is also head of a B Corp whose mission is to ‘equip and inspire others for life changing adventure.’ After three years as a consultant at Bain & Co., she went on to add more meaning to her career by completing a year-long theology program, a semester with NOLS and a joint MBA and master’s in education from Stanford. She joined Kammok as COO in 2015 and became CEO in 2016. At Kammok, she has created a culture that walks the talk when it comes to making room for adventure.”
