Discount Equipment Packages Coming Soon to NOLS Rocky Mountain

In response to interest from students, NOLS Rocky Mountain Equipment Manager, Kevin McGowan is preparing to roll out two package deals.

“Students always have lots of questions about gear,” says McGowan. “With these packages students will save time and money. And best of all they’ll know they have the right stuff for their course. It couldn’t be simpler.”

One package offers a combination of rental items and purchase only things like boots, long underwear and socks. This package costs $655.

The all purchase package will send students home with all of the gear from their course- pack, boots, sleeping bag and clothes for just $1,153. These costs represent a 15% savings from NOLS already low gear prices.

The NOLS Rocky Mountain Equipment Room carries the best gear available anywhere-Patagonia, Mountain Hardwear, Lowe Alpine, Vasque as well as some items available only at NOLS.
