We intentionally prepare our schedule and layout to highlight our exhibitors and encourage interaction with our attendees as much as possible. Here’s how:
- Exhibitor Showcase Reception on opening night where over 500 conference attendees are invited to the exhibitor hall for refreshments and to meet with you.
- All conference breaks are an opportunity to increase your exposure. Every break between sessions will be held in the exhibitor hall, refreshments exclusively provided here.
- The Keynote Dinner on the final night of the conference where exhibitors are invited to join other conference goers during the social cocktail hour followed by dinner and the Keynote address.

Scholarships:
A limited number of Exhibitor Scholarships are available. Local organizations (within a few hundred miles of the conference venue) and nonprofit organizations with programs serving people with marginalized identities and/or communities traditionally underrepresented in the outdoors are encouraged to apply.
