NOLS Grad Selected as Coast Guard Academy Lacrosse Captain

U.S. Coast Guard Academy Cadet 1/c Greg Bernstein spent his USCGA summer training period in Alaska as an expedition member on one of the fourteen courses that NOLS custom builds each year for the United States Naval Academy. This Mountaineering Expedition marked the first time that Coast Guard Academy Cadets were eligible to participate.

Greg was recently selected by coaching staff and a vote by his teammates to serve as the Coast Guard Academy’s lacrosse captain for his 2011 season. This will be his second year as team captain. For more information on Greg and the other USCGA captains, check out this article on LaxPower.
