National Outdoor Leadership School Trains the Wyoming Workforce Services

Lander, Wyo. – The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) spent two days with the staff from Wyoming Workforce Services to teach them leadership and teamwork skills. NOLS custom courses focus on helping organizations or teams reach their full potential. They spent a portion of their time with the NOLS executive director team to learn more about why people work at the school since NOLS was named one of Outside magazine’s “Best Places to Work” in 2008.

“In the fall of 2008, participants within our agency’s Leadership Academy participated in a course provided by NOLS Professional Development. The efficient and well-planned delivery of [the NOLS] program provided our participants with a strong foundation of team building skills,” said Christopher Chai, Organizational Development Coordinator. “I would highly recommend this tailored course to other organizations looking to develop their leaders.”
