Rocky Mountain Lightweight Backpacking - Prime

You’re ready to unplug from city living for a while, start your days with alpine sunrise and end them beneath a blanket of stars. You and your coursemates will be off to a remote and wild Wyoming mountain range to enjoy the wilderness without the burden of a heavy load. You'll learn innovative lightweight techniques like cooking one-pot meals, staying warm and dry with minimal gear, and honing traditional backpacking skills like navigation and Leave No Trace. As you learn to travel "light and fast," you'll practice leadership and work to accomplish goals with your group.

Whether you’re up on the latest go-lite techniques or a curious newcomer looking to learn, this course is designed for you.
