JOB TITLE: Expedition Webinar Panelist
REPORTS TO: Expedition Webinar Coordinator
JOB OBJECTIVE: The webinar panelist works with the expeditions webinar coordinator to answer questions live and via chat during NOLS Student Orientation Webinars. Panelists draw on NOLS expedition experience and knowledge of NOLS locations to accurately answer student questions and prepare students for their course..
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience on NOLS field expeditions is necessary. Must be able to work independently and occasionally fill in for the Webinar Coordinator. Must have a reliable and strong Internet connection for video conferencing and clear presentations to students. Ability to to modify their presentation space into a background that represents NOLS is required. Must be able to work during normally scheduled NOLS Student Orientation Webinars: 5pm MST Mon-Fri, and before 11am on Saturday mornings.
- Support 1-3 orientation webinars per week (roughly 90 minutes each including setup)
- Assist in delivering other webinar types as needed, including pre-departure Question and Answer Sessions.
- Offer advice on webinar content and slides.
- Fill in for the webinar coordinator/other panelists during scheduled time off and sick leave.

WORK LOCATION: This is a part-time position (approximately 6 hours per week) and is amenable to remote work. Can work from any US state or country where NOLS has a campus. In addition, may also work from CA, CO, ME, MN, and NM.
