OSHA has been expanding their span of authority for the last several years. This expansion has included recreational services businesses, which includes many of the WRM Conference attendees. The major purpose of the session is to make attendees aware of this expansion and the increased inspections and fines. It is hoped that by being aware of OSHA’s concerns the attendees will be better equipped to address the issues and minimize their exposure to fines.
