This presentation will weave together how risk management theories and concepts can be applied in concrete ways in actual programming for wilderness programs. The presentation will follow the format of a brief introduction of a risk management concept, followed by examples of how the concept is utilized, and include time for participants to discuss each example in a small group setting. Using feedback and our experience from doing this presentation at the Killington WRMC in 2006 we will fine tune the presentation further, and align it with any relevant 2007 WRMC themes, etc.
