| Rick Braschler has served as full time Director of Risk Management with Kanakuk Kamps, Inc.; one of the nation’s largest independently owned Christian Youth Sports camps in the nation. As the Director of Risk Management, Rick is responsible for managing the following processes: Insurance coverage selection for both non-profit and for-profit entities; Builder’s Risk processes; Worker’s Compensation management both fully insured & self-funded; OSHA compliance, reporting & training; Contract, release and waiver oversight; Employee Benefits selection and administration; Sub-Contractor Approval; On-site property inspections and injury investigations; Federal, State & County compliance; Unemployment Insurance management; Water testing; Employment Background Screening; Industry-specific compliance regulations; General property & claims management; and more. |
