The training portion of this workshop will provide a framework for thinking about this topic along with some proven solutions. Structured discussions will offer an opportunity to address volunteer culture, standards, and creative risk management solutions. In addition to providing a learning opportunity, this session is intended to catalyze ongoing dialogue on this subject.
