Hotel Information
This year’s conference will be held at The Crowne Plaza in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
$99.00 (a night per room), not including taxes.
A dedicated booking website has been created to make, modify and cancel your hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.
Room availability is on a first come first serve basis and is guaranteed only through September 17, 2010.
Coordinate with other conference attendees and save by using the room and ride share at the Outdoored.com forum.
Meals
Your registration fee covers all conference breaks and the keynote dinner on the night of October 16, 2010. Participants are responsible for all other meals.
Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.
The Crowne Plaza operates a complimentary airport shuttle to Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS). There is a courtesy phone located at baggage claim that guests can call once they have their luggage. The agent on duty will be able to give them an estimated time for pick up at that time. Taxis are available and charge ~$25 one way to COS.
The Crowne Plaza also runs a local area shuttle within a 3 mile radius.
The Colorado Springs Shuttle provides a shuttle to and from DIA that drops off at the hotel. The number is 719-687-3456 or 1-877-587-3456.
Airport
You can fly into one of the two following airports:
- Colorado Springs Municipal Airport - 8 miles away
- Denver International Airport - 70 miles away
If you are driving please find driving directions below:
- From Colorado Springs Municipal Airport. Exit the airport on Drennan West to Academy Blvd. Go South on Academy to I-25 North. Take Exit #138, Circle Drive. Turn right off the interstate. Hotel is at 2886 South Circle Drive.
- From I-25 (North/South). Follow I-25 to Exit #138, Circle Drive, and continue east. The Crowne Plaza is on the left hand side just past the freeway intersection at 2886 South Circle Drive.
