Recommended Travel Days

The WRMC events begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5th. For those traveling from a far distance or participating in Pre-Conference events, we recommend arriving the day before your first event. WRMC events will conclude around 9:00 p.m. on the evening of October 7th. We recommend making departure travel plans for the morning of October 8th.

All Conference events and sessions will be based out of the Westin-Waltham Hotel (781) 290-5600, located 15 miles west of downtown Boston.

Transportation to the Westin-Waltham

To get to/from Logan International Airport (BOS) and the Westin-Waltham hotel, we recommend the following:

• Ride Share Forum: We have created an online group for attendees to coordinate shared transportation. To participate you can follow this link to the PickupPal website, where you will need to create a profile and join the group discussion.
• Shuttle Service: Ultimate Shuttle provides a professional and efficient shuttle at a special WRMC rate of $39 each way. This link and use the code WRMC in the upper left-hand corner to access the discount reservation portal. Reservations made over the phone will not be eligible for the WRMC discount.
• Taxi: Many taxi services are available at the airport and will likely cost $70-$90 each way.
• Rental Car: All major rental car companies can be found at BOS. Please use individual company booking pages to reserve your rental car.

Meals

Registration fee includes the following food: appetizers at the “Industry Essentials Exhibitor Reception”, coffee and snacks during morning and afternoon breaks, and a meal at the Keynote and Awards Dinner.

For your convenience we are offering an optional Meal Plan that includes a breakfast and lunch buffet on Thursday and Friday within the Westin-Waltham restaurant. The cost of the meal plan is $82 and can be reserved during the registration process.

Restaurants located near the hotel are limited, and many require a vehicle. A map of local restaurants can be found here.
