As a service to WMI students, we have coordinated with two (2) regional EMT training centers to provide an EMT Basic Refresher Training Course. These courses are taught by instructors from the regional EMT training centers.

The EMT-B Refresher Training Program (RTP) is an intensive 24-hour refresher taught over 3 days. While this refresher conveniently meets the needs of participants, those in attendance should realize that the curriculum is extensive and skills must be demonstrated at the mastery level. Multiple quizzes must be successfully completed in order to obtain course completion.

This course may be used to fulfill the requirements for taking an urban refresher course as established by the National Registry of EMTs (NREMT). Please check with your state EMS office to determine if the course will meet your state’s requirements.
