Some pre-conference workshops have an additional fee. Prices

Registration Policy:
The conference fee covers registration and the pre-printed
Conference Proceedings. For canceled registrations prior
to September 15th, 2003, the WRMC will retain 25% of the
total registration fee. Canceled registrations between September
16th and October 1st, 2003, the WRMC will retain 50% of
the total registration fee. There will be no refunds after
October 1st, or transfer to coming year or another person
for no-shows or late cancellations.
