NOLS Professional Training now offers custom leadership courses for these families, emphasizing wilderness values and practical leadership and teamwork. With extensive advice from family advisors and NOLS alumni, we have designed courses that address the unique needs of these families. In addition to the NOLS leadership curriculum, discussions center on topics important to the family, such as mission and goal development, family communications and leadership succession.
