Leadership Navigation Challenge
Improve group dynamics with an expedition simulation.

Short on time and long on desire for impacting leadership skills? The Leadership Navigation Challenge is the answer.

The Leadership Navigation Challenge focuses on the core aspects of NOLS' leadership training in a format that is hands-on, fun, and effective. Your team can get away from the distractions of the daily routine, yet remain available for critical work conversations.

The outdoor component of the course allows participants to collaborate in hands-on learning with a Global Positioning System (GPS) orienteering course. This condensed expedition mimics challenges that teams face anywhere: making expedient decisions, balancing task achievement with group development, blending distinct individuals to form a cohesive team, and working through unforeseen hurdles.

Through group coaching, our facilitators give your team the tools to make sound decisions; these skills will leverage teams to be stronger and more effective.

Communication, decision-making, and group dynamics are only starting points for programs oriented to your outcomes.
