Kara Harbert, Intern
After taking a Semester in the Rockies, Kara found her way
to NOLS Southwest as an Intern. A first-timer to the Southwest, Kara enjoys
the mountain views, desert landscape, and getting to swim outside in winter—in
heated and unheated pools. Kara would like to take an Instructor Course,
and in the meantime looks forward to hiking, running, exploring the Southwest,
bad jokes, beating Pat at racquetball, and a personal trip to Patagonia.
