2013 Rocky Mountain Scholarship
Itching to get outside and do something fun this summer? We've got just the thing for you! The National Outdoor Leadership School’s Rocky Mountain (NOLS RM) scholarship program is open to all Fremont County residents, ages 14 and up—no age limit. Plus, now we allow students awarded with the Rocky Mountain scholarship to use their financial assistance at any NOLS Location.
Applicants for summer course scholarships are evaluated in several areas including leadership potential, contributions they would make to a course, academic skills, extracurricular activities, thorough completion and quality of their application, and financial need. NOLS Rocky Mountain has been awarding course scholarships to Fremont County residents since 1965. In 2010, over $24,000 in scholarships were awarded.
All Fremont County residents are eligible to apply for a NOLS Rocky Mountain scholarship. Completed scholarship applications can be mailed or dropped off at:

Applications must be received by April 5, 2013 (application deadline) to be considered. Completed applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and funds will be distributed until they run out so please apply early.
