What is NOLS Boston?

The NOLS Boston Alumni Chapter brings outdoor enthusiasts and alumni together to enjoy each other and our natural surroundings. We promote, organize, and notify people of hiking, camping, climbing, skiing, biking, kayaking, canoeing, and other back-country related activities. The group's leadership talents serve the community through various charities, community service initiatives, clean-ups, and fund-raising. And lastly, the group initiates random social events—some educational and some purely social. Stay tuned to this group is through our two local electronic list services.

Anyone interested in becoming a part of this group is welcome. Join us by either contacting the specific person for the event listed above or by subscribing to the list services. You do not need to have participated in a NOLS course to reap the benefits of this organization.
